Our Beginnings

With limited resources but boundless dedication, our journey began on 25th November 2009 under the name Tachileik Online News. In 2016, we rebranded as Tachileik News Agency and officially registered under the number N0.00008. This transformation marked a new chapter in our commitment to delivering high-quality journalism.

Our founders, both seasoned reporters, recognized the urgent need for a reliable local news source.
