Support Tachileik News Agency
Independent journalism in Myanmar has faced relentless challenges since the 2021 military coup. Journalists have been arrested, detained, and silenced for doing their jobs, and many independent media outlets were banned from operating inside the country. Tachileik News Agency was among them.
Despite these challenges, Tachileik News Agency remains unwavering in its mission to provide accurate, timely news that shapes our region. We are committed to amplifying voices standing against injustice and ensuring critical stories reach the public—even in the face of constant threats.
